Police have seized a car being driven without tax and insurance after concerns about it being driven by young people in Standish.

The red Ford Ka was pictured on the back of a recovery truck on Greater Manchester Police's Wigan West Facebook page.

A spokesman said: "Great news!

"Another untaxed, uninsured motor vehicle seized from St Stephens Road Standish.

Police shared this photograph of the car

"The area PCSOs located the vehicle after intelligence stating it was being used by local youths around Standish area."
